1970 S Cent DDR? Small Date/ Large Date?

I have this 1970 s penny. I cannot tell if it is a Large date or small date, as the top of the seven looks even with the 1, but the bottom looks like it hangs low. Also is there doubling in the columns and on Lincoln? Thanks for your help
