I posted this in another topic, but a bill is generally considered a low run if it is below the 1000th or so (00001432 would still be a keeper, IMHO.) Anything higher than that, unless the bill is just a rare series or signature combo, is usually a spender. Report this Post to the Staff
American Abroad Valued Member Germany 57 Posts	Posted 10/03/2017 3:20 pm I do not agree with your opinion RoyCoinBoy. I think you are confusing low serial numbers with low print runs. A total of 128,000 was printed for this star note run. A full run on the other hand is 3,200,000 notes. Obviously a paper money collector who wants a rarer note would be interested in the 128,000 and ready to pay the premium to own one. I search through 250-300 100 Dollar bills per week and have only found one in the past 2 years. They are not something you find every day.
