From a doubled die standpoint, 1972 is the obvious choice. But, two more affordable rolls may be 2006 P and 2009 Formative Years.
RPMs will be 1956 - 60 D.
Clashes/Cuds will be 1983/84
Trail Dies - 1994 (the 90s in general, with the nicest ones coming from 94, 1994P-1DER-023T)

Years ago I bought bunches of rolls. Years ago means I was getting 46-S cent rolls for under 20 bucks !
Original bank rolls were not a thing then. What got me going was tubed rolls with clear tape around the lids that had yellowed with age. Just about guaranteed to not have been cherried.
Don't get depressed if you get skunked on rolls. Ir will happen.
As many rpm's as 1960-d cents have , I was skunked by a mint sewn 1960-d bag . 5000 bright shinny non rpm's ! Other times half the roll are winners!
