I thought ebay was requiring a $5.00 minimum Bucks to actually get them. I know they went from 2% to 1% for rewards but I thought there was also a minimum. |

Nope, that was the "good news" in their good news/bad news announcement last year. When I use ebay, I try to only make big purchases when I have a 6-10% Bucks promo. Worked pretty good - I have $95 to spend on something now  (That includes a promo that gave me $20 Bucks for selling items) |

Most of the time I get the max $500.00, but sometimes, like this ebay bucks session I only got $400.00. |
