Half of those are in such bad condition they would have to be priced around there maybe lower in a junk bin if someone ever wanted them to sell, unless they're just hoping silver spikes so they can get more.

I've seen this lot on ebay before. Mainly culls.

I'd buy them at silver, put them in a junk bin at shows and let people pick at $5 ea. Of course I'd pick out any solid Good+ coins and put them up in flips first. Its a way of doubling your investment. The real culls can just be salted into junk silver quarter rolls and sold at melt.
