I can see a very faint outline of a another 5 near the date, but I looks like just PMD. Notice how the whitish color matches all of the scratches that look exactly like that in the background.

The mark is incuse from contact with another coin. If it were die related, then it would be raised. (unless it was an incuse device)

Wouldnt it be mirrored if it was from contact of another coin though?
