Strike is better, a few hits and contacts, it would grade as MS-?, but it definitely has been exposed to air. Possibly as "ender" or in an old blue folder that has caused that reaction. The two tone is a killer to me.

I'm not sure what the previous owner has done, but somehow all your coins look blue on the obverse. This would probably have graded as a low MS coin but due to the color I think we're talking environmental damage details here...

I've looked over a number of the Lincoln's you've shown and they are consistent in the lower mint state range for most of them.
I'd keep them together since they are similar. A great way to get a starter collection.

Very nice collection of toned cents!
Ignore other comments about "environmental damage", these coins are NOT damaged, they are market-acceptably toned.
