Too much "chatter", spent time in a transport bag, coin contacts...enough to knock it down, but don't see any wear on coat/hair, maybe slight, say MS60, not much higher, hit on Reverse takes it out.

I think they were from the old 2x2 it like flaked apart or something and got fuzz on a few I didn't wipe it off

NEVER wipe a coin, use canned air, acetone or xylene to remove that 2x2 debris.

Looks to be 65 or maybe 66RD.
