I just like the thought of this lol!It looks like an S mintmark over Denver or maybe the other way around. I thought I noticed thickness and doubling on lettering and date.I also thought there were die gouges characteristic of the 70 S DDO on the coin. A stretch...possibly. Ok more than likely. But maybe someone will scratch their head to the thought.

Going by your pics. it looks like a normal Cent, weak 1 in date and a hit on the MM.and it does not look like an RPM and no S over D has been reported for this year.may be a close up image can tell differently .
