Your pictures are not showing up. I'd guess it is probably a lamination error or post mint damage based on your title.

What does the reverse look like?

If it is raised on the reverse side the coin may have been damaged:
1945-Wheat-Cent-With-Metal-Missing
If the reverse looks normal, then you should see some ghost images on the area in question, then it maybe a lamination.
(Just can't tell from the images provided)

Not likely a lamination, edges too smooth and even. I'd say either damage or a strike through.

Sorry, it's not a Lamination error. It's PMD.

Looks like someone used a punch on it. (probably trying to make it look like an error coin) When this happens the reverse is flattened in that area. So what do you do with a damaged coin? You spend it. Now you've got it.

It's been hit and dented the coin,obvious bulge on exact spot on reverse.

The reverse is actually smooth. Yes it does look like a bulge but just lighter in color there. I'm sure its still p
