Okay, maybe not. I spotted this face up on the ground by a recycling dumpster. It's literally garbage. But that's a loon design, so what is it from? I have this strange feeling I've seen this before somewhere, but can't think where. Help?! It's 33mm in diameter at its widest and is clay.

Since it has a hole in center, could it be an inside part for something, a toy maybe, a button or moving part inside a tube?
