I would like to present my Elizabethian Canadian 50 Cent collection 1953-2017. I am VERY proud of this, it's been a long time in the works. It's nearly complete, waiting for the 1982 SB and the 1958 dot to arrive in the mail. Then I will just need the 1953 LG/NSF. So without further ado...

That is quite remarkable. I had no idea that there was an American who was so fond of our 50 cent pieces. The ones after 1967 are not that appreciated here, so much so that they are hard to spend for face value (the ones from 1968 to about 1996 at least).

Long time in the works for sure. Congrats! Keep at'em, there are lots to go. These coins are so cool, I hope the YNC's fall in love with them too. I'm working on a set as well, so I know how hard some of these are to get. Very .

Thanks everyone! All the coins are MS/PL and a couple of specimen. The lowest grade is the 1974 missing S at AU. Honestly I haven't been liking what the US Mint has been churning out for the last several years. I found the ATB Quarters, and the dollar coins w/edge lettering to be turn offs and the nickels are ugly. So I have been keeping busy with Canadian coins. It is very rewarding and challenging being that I'm in the USA. I have been relying on ebay and a couple of you here at the forum.

Excellent job, and very nice looking coins.. as a collector of the half dollar series, I can appreciate the time and effort you have put into the set. I have the almost complete set. missing the 1888,1890,1947ml, curved right. I would recommend when you are ready you go after the 1937-1952, a set that is fairly easy to do , given the time and resources.
