Yes, I know its filthy, corroded etc etc but does anyone else see the major doubling in the 1 and the 9? I looked it up an couldnt find a cross reference on this. You never clean coins and I understand that but I really want to see the details of this coin. Ideas?

Looks like it might be a product of PMD and later environmental damage.

Cory, it is a well placed hit. 1) not complete. 2) is shelf like in appearance 3) no other device(s) affected
