I agree with MS65RD. This date is common in 66RD so there's a shot at a 66 too though.

That upper right obverse field holds this to 64RD if that.

Blazing luster, I'll assume the obverse right field "distractions" are just those odd, copper reflections and not stains nor mars. Some typical weakness in the O in ONE and the shoulder. But that luster appears off the charts so....

I'm with Frog, to much dooky in the field poor Abe's looking through. A weak MS64 RD. I'm not sure I'm looking at the same coin as some of you. If you break down the marks just in front of Abe's head you get 5 or 6 individual marks. Enough to bring it down on that area alone. No way could this EVER be a MS66

The distractions in front of Lincoln are not very visible in hand. Here the coin is with different light on it. Does this change anyone's opinions on this coin? This one was purchased for $2.76
