Looks like the date and mint mark area received some damage before you got this coin. Note the mint mark and the date )88) are flattened the same. Note the motto devices. These are even smaller than normal, so the die was over polished on that reduced the fields. Not seeing hub doubling on this coin. sorry

Note how the devices outer edges are lower on the bottom loop on this coin?
