This coin looks really nice in hand. The reverse near the O in One shows weakness. However, when looking at photograde for this year it is very common and has not effected other higher grade LWC from this date and mint mark. How would you grade this one?

The shafing on Lincolns right shoulder and the chatter & weakness of the O on reverse is very typical on wheat cents . And quite common .If this example didn't display these issues , I would make a call of MS-68 .
