I know that 89 was the last year it should be possible for RPMs to occur, but this looks an awful lot like one to me.

Try light pressure on the high point with a wooden tooth pick. It will probably collapse or move.

The necrosis state of plate disturbance doubling...ain't ya ever smelt a dead body before? Just smell your next container of bank dumped stinkin zinkins, you'll get a wiff of a lot of dead bodies...of Penny that is..

PDD will cause a disturbance under the plating, moving it, if it splits in any minute manner, corrosive air or oils will enter causing rapid zinc rot corrosion there.
