It is called "Radar damage" or for short, DMPMD (like on currency). 'Definitely Made Post Mint Damage. Got scrunched under the blast doors at Cheyenne Mountain.

Thanks Coinfrog, Crazyb0 and moxking. I figured PMD but I wondered why the field by the rim directly across from his nose was not damaged. No telling what happened, guess it could have been blast doors, who could prove that wrong?
