Sure GregAlex, I was planning on doing it over the next few days.
I went to the cox rail site for the proper submission format he wanted, just haven't done it yet.
But if you can do it from these images go ahead.
Let me know if you are going to do it, otherwise I will.
Thanks for the great information and offer to help!

I have several other certificates I got at the same estate sale, but because they weren't railroad specific I didn't post them.
I'll have to figure out the right thread to post them on, and get some feedback on them as well.

Go ahead and submit them to Terry directly. It's better if the actual owner makes contact in case he has a question. You might need to do scans without glare, rather than photos. I can send you his email address offline if you need it.

I found both his physical address and email address on his site.
I will work on this tomorrow.
I've been studying his tips for scanning, and will send all three in separate emails to him.
Thanks for all your help!
I'll keep you posted as things progress.
I posted my other items on one of your other threads.

Thanks for all your help GregAlex,
I've emailed the three Railroad Stocks to Mr. Cox,
I also talked to Bob at Scripophily about the others and emailed them all to him as well.
I'll keep you posted on what I hear back from them!
Thanks again,
Craig

Keep us updated on if you get any replies. I'd be curious to hear what they have to say about them.

Here's the reply from Terry Cox on the Railroad Stocks, Two were New Finds, it sounds like they will all be added to his site.

Still haven't heard back from Bob at Scripophilly yet on the others.

Will keep you posted. I can't find the brackets to do a quote, but what is below was cut and pasted from Mr. Cox's email.

You did indeed find two entirely new certificates. I appreciate your taking the time to scan and send these rarities.

This nice RR bond from the Chicago, Indianapolis & St. Louis Short Line showed up the other day. Nice depot scene that really captures the era.

I'd like to see some new additions on this thread -- anyone care to post something? Here are some pretty ones I just got around to scanning.
