thedollarman Pillar of the Community Canada 4911 Posts	Posted 12/12/2017 10:50 pm it is called a wheel mark I think..your coin was probably hurt by a parking meter or maybe it was the end of a roll..sadly either way it is damaged and not a legitimate error.
