i am trying this new glass I purchased. like to know your thoughts. this coin is cut out of a specimen set. it is in a plastic 2x2. no editing other than resizing.there is 2 types of lighting. number one is direct reflection. number 2 is shadow reflection. like to know what you think about 1 and 2. thank you in advance sorry number 1 is the reverse. number 2 is the obverse.

Looks good Rocky. Obverse shot shows a bright center where reverse shows some bright highlights to the edges of devices. I like the reverse better but I don't like the edge highlights. Can you eliminate them by adjusting lighting? If you can eliminate the highlights, and do a little adjustment of contrast and levels, I think you have a good lighting scheme, and apparently a good new lens!

Details are good but a bit more contrast might be desirable, especially on the obverse shot.

Placing the direct light in the 12 o'clock position might not be a good idea for the obverse.
