Has anyone noticed ( besides me ) on the Ellis Island Quarter the flag the child is holding in his hand has way too many strips?
I am assuming it is "supposed" to represent the American Flag?
The strips don't add up no matter how you count them.
I'm surprised this went un noticed and quite frankly disappointed since it is US Currency?
Just saying.....?

I count 13. Were you counting the shadows or the raised part?

Likewise, seeing the 13 in that photo. Stripes are a little disconcerting because of the shadows.
