Certainly has the look of a cast fake, perhaps a fantasy somewhat referencing a Baktrian issue.

1.77in would be about 45mm in diameter, which I think would make it a gold 10 or 15 stater. Such a coin would be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars... I hate to say it, but it's certainly some sort of fantasy issue or replica. Could be gold-plated lead?
