I realized with my earlier post about the 1941 NFLD 10 cent that getting multiple opinions is best. Upon closer inspection I too did not see the double punched.
I have these two ten cent coins that I am having a hard time finding the variety for the 1871 No h and the die break in Canada on the 1899 Cdn 10 cent. The front of the coin is in rough shape but maybe the die break will bring the value up? Penny for your thoughts....Thanks

Die cracks almost never increase the value of a coin. Both are pretty common coins, the '71 being worth more than the '99, but the '99 isn't probably worth much more than scrap silver vecause of the condition... Look on ebay for "completed auctions" and see how much they have actually "sold" for, not what anyone is asking for their price.
