16-19mm dia. The long curving lines don't look to me like imagery. Can anyone help identify it, please?

That does not look silver, which does help with the identification of this piece. I could find two versions of coins that this likely is, with both being mangirs made under the reign of Suleyman II. Luckily, both coins were only made in one year each: 1688 and 1689. Looking at the bottom legend on the reverse as well as what the possible Islamic date could be (1099 or 1100), I believe yours is the 1689 version.
