I love the Newfie half dollars! I have a few pre 1900 but love the look of the 1904-1909 and 1911-1919.. I just picked up the 1917,18, and 19 luckily.

The letter S of cents is in front of the King's nose.

Okie, you can click to enlarge the photograph. In addition to the S, there is an E (?) through his ear :) As well, the nose can be seen in front of the S on the reverse.
