I got this canadian large cent in some bulk world coin I got as a Christmas gift and was wonder if this has pvc damage or crayon or what, and I good idea of how to remove it. I have not in person seen pvc damage so I am not sure, Thanks

Acetone will get that off easily, there shouldn't be too much damage underneath. Only worth about 75 cents anyway.

Soak in WD40 for a few minutes.
The green will wipe off easily.

But don't necessarily expect the surfaces underneath to look uniform and attractive.

It will have a mottled toning look after the removal...leave it on a window sill for awhile to see if the obverse can re-tone to something acceptable.
