Can someone explain to me how an RCM new release coin for January is already selling at a steep discount in the secondary market? If you add sellers fees, Paypal, etc ... the coins are already being sold at a 25% discount in the same month as the release! How?

That listing above is the only one from the seller. He probably got it as a gift and don't want it so is just getting rid of it.

With all the coins the RCM is putting out the time it takes for them to appear on secondary markets at 25-50% of original selling price is getting less.
These days if I see something the mint puts out that I like I just decide to wait and know that I'll eventually be able to pick it up for 50% off list price. Saves $$$ and disappointment down the road.
