Nope; this is a business strike. Looks like a nice cameo tho!

You shouldn't see any bag marks or scuffs on specimen coins.

not exactly..a specimen can have scratches, bag marks etc as it is a strike, not a state of preservation.

nice mirror 1937 half...looks familiar haha.
