Hard to say if that's wear or some sort of a lens blob on the crown. If a pic problem VF-20 Other wise I agree with F-12

If not for the inordinate looking wear on the crown this coin is a VF-20 or higher. But that wear drops it down to a F-15 in my opinion.

Hard to tell from those pictures
but I will say F-12.
Maybe higher with clearer pictures.
