I hadn't checked the cans of walkers and Peace dollars at my local shop for a year, so wandered in today for a look. A good mix of dates in both cans, fairly priced, including 4 better date Peace in AU (some cartwheel luster, sharply struck and and no hairlines - 26D, 34, 34D, 35) and a 1919D walker in G6-VG8. All priced just above melt. I wonder if the same thing is happening all over, with people cashing out their hoards. A very enjoyable hour spent.

I hear about so many "good finds" in Dealers bins.....that it almost makes ya want to offer them a bulk price for the whole thing and take em home and make the finds at your leisure !!
