In the middle of Memorial above Columns it's is missing details. The steps are missing details. Looks funny. Any thoughts? Any value?

Looks like some poor die polishing. Value is maybe a few cents. Nothing too special.

Agree this could well have happened from die polishing, or possibly built-up grease.
