Appears to be Unusual Die Breaks at the Base of Washington's Neck on the Obverse? The Die Break also Traveled into the Initials. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Just die cracks so far on the die when your coin was struck. Very common spot that this happens as that area of the bust goes through a lot of pressure on that area.
