smoke1439 Valued Member United States 397 Posts	Posted 02/06/2018 06:15 am to CCF! Your cent is a Philly large date. 2017 is the first year a P mint mark has ever appeared on a cent. If you weigh it you can determine if it is a copper or zinc. 1982 was a transition year from copper to zinc, both compositions were used. You can find additional details in the Red Book. 1982 is a fun an interesting year for the LMC. Report this Post to the Staff
