It has luster pictures just to show toning I still don't really know how to grade a lot of higher grades have lots of dings and marks on these so I don't know for sure on these

I'm only seeing a few marks or ding . Nice tone MS-64 .

It looks like toning that would not be considered market acceptable. What's the history?
