Earlier I posted 1972 penny which wasn't a DD. But I hope this one has DD. Thenx for all the help.

Its MD & MAD with an overpressure striking that caused the proto-rim @ 9 o'clock.(line running through L)

Let me clarify, a tilted die not a full misaligned die.the tilting causes pressure differences one side to another.
