Looks like an altered coin to me. It would real hard to have two straight clips opposite each other.

The one at 7 isn't a clip, that has been smashed together. the one at 12:30 may be, but there is no resultant Blakesly. That lower distortion isn't at 180 degrees. Weird PMD or the garage imp is back in business.

It actually does look like two rim clips to me. The two are close to being opposite one another, but not exactly. Any Blakesley Effect would be absorbed by the nearby clip.

They both show tapered rims which, I believe, would be very difficult to reproduce in a garage setting.

We'll need pictures of the side of the edge where the Clip is. This is just to make sure it's genuine and not a faked Clipped Planchet.
