Hello fellows,

looking at this coin the first thing I notice is a spear head. then I notice how deteriorated the whole face is...

there seems to be a ping in the forehead as well... Ear?

i have not seen this variety anywhere... exciting Coin!

Linear plating bubbles is my guess.

All I can see is linear plating bubbles as moxking pointed out and some normal coin dings...

On the '0' on the date, it looks like a thin piece of foil struck onto that device that has now moved a bit. It looks like it is ready to fall off.
