Found these 2 1983 D with possible Cud or bubble? I marked them with letters "A" and "B". A- At the "9" B- Under the mint date Thanks in advanced!

The one that has the 9 affected is a die chip. The one that has the mint mark affected is a zinc bubble

Die chip on the 9 Kind of leaning toward die chip on the mintmark also - have you tried to push it down with a toothpick? this would be the test - if it pops/breaks open it was a zink bubble.
but for some reason it looks like a chip to me - but I have been wrong before (many times )

Usb camera, that I plugin my computer. It's for electronics boards, but use it for coins. Lol

Pressed down the on the one near the mint Mark with tooth pick and it doesn't seem to pop...

i think if it was a zinc bubble it should have broken open. in that case I would go with die chip.

I would think that too. The reason I took 2 pictures of 2 cents, cause they seemed different. And now looks like the same
