Keep it! Modern commemorative. Not worth a whole lot but if you got it for face, it's worth saving.

How many have you seen this in circulation?

Keep it. It's a good find.

I personally have never seen one before, it was in the batch of half dollars (two $500 boxes), found more than my share in those boxes... I will keep, add to my coin book.

Thanks

Wonderful find. You are one of a very small group that can claim they've found a modern commemorative.

I personally love this coin. Wish it had been minted in silver. Every so often I pick up a handful on ebay sold in a single lot for just under $2/ea. That's as low as I've seen. I started carrying one uncirculated and one proof as pocket pieces (along with a few Native American dollars).

Hey, that might make a good topic. "Show us your commemoratives found in circulation / rolls." I found a George Washington commem a few years back in a roll of half dollars. May not have many replies, but would be interesting to hear about all of them again.

I am always tempted by the CRH reports, this does not help.
