I have many modern "mint errors" including double strikes. How did this happen in ancient times? Hammer twice!
Yep. With hammered coins, centring and double-striking "errors" are much more common than with modern milled coins. Not sure if it adds too much to the value. An ancient "error" which obscures or obliterates an important part of the design can even decrease the value, since the coin is less attributable with the details missing.

I have researched ICG and ANACS. Do they accept ancients?
ICG is the only "mainstream
TPG" that does ancients routinely. PCGS doesn't do them at all. NGC only do them as a favour for their major customers, and apparently does a terrible job at it. ANACS apparently used to, but not since their ancients expert left their staff.
Be aware that many if not most ancients collectors loathe slabbed ancient coins. Authentication services such as that supplied by David Sear are deemed sufficient when genuineness is in doubt.

...what does FORTVNA REDVX translate into English?
It means "Fortunate coming back". Specifically, the Emperor has been away on campaign, or simply touring around, but he's now returned safely.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
