canadacoins201, you are not giving enough info for anyone to actually answer your question. There is no reference as to position of coins. Perhaps if you stood your nickels in front of a mirror so the image shows both sides at the same time.

TNG

These coins are in a square coin holder. The front image is shown, and the back image is shown when the coin slip is flipped. The image of the reverse shows its exact alignment with the obverse in the second image. It's a confusing explanation, I know. I had to crop the part of the image that shows the coin's alignment well.

Just imagine that the reverse is aligned perfectly straight up and down in the images of the obverse.

Take a sharpie marker draw a thin line at the top of either the queen's head or top of reverse, flip the holder and you can get a good idea of degrees of rotations probably around 15%

I have a similar condition as your coin in grade. As I see it, it does appear that there are error on your coin dated (1963). If you notice around the coin rim from your post some are dentil on the 1963 & some are dots around Elizabeth side but showing dots on the reverse. On Canadian Mint Those dentil are supposed to be dots for both sides. I have one that shows only dentil on the queen side and dots on the reverse. After some light research, it does seemed to indicate that there's only a few around talking about this issue. Your circulated coin is not showing much of a value as per other websites. Perhaps in a few more years. I will hang on with mine.

I see very little rotation. When the A in Regina and E in Liz are equidistant from the bust and parallel to the ground, you have the Obv properly positioned... then look at the reverse

A die rotation is when the Obv & Rev are direct opposites of each other placement-wise .. one side is not rotated in relation to the other.
