Not quite 90, I think I moved it a bit by accident for the picture. Maybe 80 degrees.
Is there any value to these types of errors given it is a circulated coin?

To the right buyer there is certainly added value, but if you look in a grading guide it will not tell you what the die rotation is worth. It adds value but that value is not so easily figured. T

Take a photo with a mirror behind it .. or put it in a 2X2 stapled. The A in Regina and the E in Elizabeth should be on same horizontal line for it to be correct 0 degree alignment
