Hello Friends, I have seen a few of this type of coin and they are worn out but here the effects letters were too bold so I took a few pic to showcase it. Maybe there is something there?

The date looks like it was damaged. The motto look a lot more interesting. From a video, I can't do much for it to tell for sure what it is. There is a couple doubled dies that year.
