2016 P LSC With Die Crack

I believe I have found a spike head Lincoln. The coin is rather grungy, but you can see the crack from "G" into the head and down to the ear. I didn't see anything on COC that matched. Could you please take a look?

I didn't see anything on COC that resembled this. Is it a die crack?
