It looks like mad strike obverse...and there also is what looks like a die break in (we) and a crack going over hair and down side of face.

1. Did I get it right?
2. Is it worth more than a ebay buck?

It is a MAD,but not off enough to have a premium. Can't tell for sure about the die cracks from those pics.
