thank you, but I am not talking about WAMs and CAMs, what I am asking is about extra wide space in AM.

let me put is this way: this 1987 WAM has twice as much space between A and M.

Die abrasion and or wear has been known to reduce devices a bit. Can make gaps between devices appear wider over time. Thanks, Doug.

The 1987 reverse devices are normally thinner on the RDV-005 dies. The RDV-006 dies devices are wider. Note the examples above. But with die polishing, the devices will be reduced in size. This leaves more space between the devices. Just a normal die polished example from that year.
