The authenticity is definitely questionable. there is discontinuity on the left wheat right above united. It seems that forger tried to remove Chinese die chip as the tooling marks are in the area where the die chip would normally be. Can you post a picture of the edge of coin? Also the rim does not appear to have a bowl like appearance like it should. Also on Lincolns face right above his ear there is a raised area that is very uncharacteristic. I don't see a reason why this particular variety would be counterfeited and, even if it was, this is not one to question.
