Yes. It looks like the 6 took a hit. The hit/damage happened after the coin left the mint, PMD.

I agree that the number 6 has been flattened slightly. That mark to the right of the 6 seems odd to me. Not thinking a die chip based on location, so perhaps a plating bubble? I see a couple others in front of Abe's face.

Those spots look like common carbon spots on all those cents.

Contact mark on 6. Die Deterioration on right side of 6. The black spot is a stain. (Carbon spots are only found on copper planchets not on zinc coins) just a normal coin.
