1989 D Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC - Die Or Post Mint Damage And Doubling?

CinM Valued Member United States 154 Posts	Posted 04/07/2018 3:37 pm I am wondering if this damage w/ doubling could have been before leaving the mint and what type of damage it is.
